OFFICIAL RULES ("Official Rules")

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING THIS CONTEST.

THIS IS A SKILL-BASED CONTEST AND ENTRIES WILL BE JUDGED TO DETERMINE THE GRAND PRIZE WINNERS.

ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.

SPONSOR OBTAINS RIGHTS FROM ALL ENTRANTS TO POST (SUCH AS IN SOCIAL MEDIA) AND USE ANY AND ALL CONTENT SUBMITTED AS PART OF THE CONTEST IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE RULES.

GRAND PRIZE WINNERS MUST BE WILLING AND AVAILABLE TO TRAVEL TO MIAMI, FLORIDA ON APRIL 29-MAY 4, 2026 OR OTHERWISE FORFEIT THEIR RIGHT TO RECEIVE THE GRAND PRIZE.

BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES TO THE RELEASED PARTIES (DEFINED BELOW) FROM YOU AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW.

ELIGIBILITY: The Mastercard McLaren F1 Team Priceless Miami Contest (hereafter, "Contest") is open only to individuals who are: a) permanent legal residents and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States, including the District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec), b) at least the legal age of majority in their state/province of residence (which is eighteen (18) years of age in most states/provinces but is nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska and certain Canadian provinces and twenty-one (21) in Mississippi) at the time/date of entry, and c) a Mastercard World, World Elite, or World Legend cardholder prior to 12/12/25. Void in Quebec, U.S. Territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Employees, officers and directors of Mastercard International Incorporated ("Mastercard" or "Sponsor"); McLaren Racing Limited ("McLaren Racing"), teamDigital Promotions, Inc. ("Administrator"), and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, distributors, subsidiaries, prize providers, advertising/promotion agencies and their immediate family members (i.e., spouses, parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren, siblings and their respective spouses) and/or those living in the same household of any of the foregoing (i.e., people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether legally related or not) are not eligible to enter or win a prize in this Contest. Sponsor, McLaren Racing, Administrator, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, distributors, subsidiaries, prize providers and advertising/promotion agencies are each a "Released Party" and shall hereinafter collectively be referred to as the "Released Parties". Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, X (formerly known as Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or Vimeo (each, a "Social Media Platform"). You are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Vimeo. The information you provide will only be used for Contest purposes or as otherwise described in these Official Rules.

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Contest begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on 12/12/25 and all entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 12/23/25 (hereafter, "Promotion Period").

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To participate, eligible individuals will be prompted to create a video (not to exceed one (1) minute in length) using their public-facing X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Vimeo account, inclusive of the following hashtag #MastercardContest ("Contest Hashtag"), and enter as outlined in the "How to Submit Entry" Section below during the Promotion Period. The video must describe your overall fandom of the McLaren F1 Team. The video AND the entry form shall be collectively referred to hereafter as the "Entry". Video must capture you (as an individual), include the Contest Hashtag (in both the post copy and overlayed on the Video), not exceed one (1) minute in length (or the maximum video length set forth by the applicable Social Media Platform) and must be current, original, and unaltered (the "Video"). Eligible individuals who submit an Entry and comply with the requirements set forth in these Official Rules are considered an "Eligible Entrant". NOTE: Consider the judging criteria (as outlined below) and entry requirements as you create your Entry. Individuals entering this Contest will not be deemed to have entered if they only post their Video on a Social Media Platform; they must also submit the Video to Sponsor on the website (Priceless.com/teammiami) following the instructions in the "How to Submit Entry" set forth below in order to be entered into the Contest.

Limit one (1) Entry per person and per email address for the duration of the Promotion Period. In case of multiple Entries from any one person or email address, only the first Entry received will be accepted. Use of the Contest Hashtag and submission of your Entry at Priceless.com/teammiami constitutes your unconditional acceptance to these Official Rules. By using the Contest Hashtag in connection with your post, you are acknowledging and agreeing that Sponsor has the right to stream your post through the applicable Social Media Platform's API or otherwise use your post as set forth herein.

Video Entry Requirements:

• Video and its contents must not infringe any third-party rights (mentioning any rights related to the McLaren Racing and their drivers will not be considered a third-party infringement);
• Video must not exceed one (1) minute in length (or the maximum video length set forth by the applicable Social Media Platform), must include the Contest Hashtag as an overlay disclosure on the Video and in the post copy and must be in the English language;
• Entrant must take and appear in the Video themselves, or if Entrant has a third party take and/or appear in their Video, applicable Entrant must have permission from that person to submit the Video (and provide proof to Sponsor, if requested) in accordance with these Official Rules and Entrant must obtain a signed release from the third party immediately upon the request of Sponsor. Videos taken by professional videographers are not eligible and will be void.
• Video must comply with any terms or guidelines posted on the Social Media Platform in which you post your Entry. For entrants that post their Entry on YouTube, you must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines, available at https://www.youtube.com/howyoutubeworks/policies/community-guidelines/.

In addition to that described above, all Videos must further meet the following criteria, as determined within Sponsor's final sole discretion:

• You must own all rights in the Video and have the right to grant Sponsor a license to use the Video (including any material embodied in the Video);

• Videos that contain or otherwise infringe on any third-party names, trademarks, identities, copyrighted or patented material, and/or other material subject to third party rights are prohibited (but any rights related to the McLaren Racing and its drivers will not be deemed to infringe third party rights);
• Videos that include any reference to any patents and/or trade secrets of Sponsor or Released Parties and/or its competitors are prohibited;
• Videos cannot: (i) contain content that is sexually explicit or suggestive; (ii) be unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; (iii) contain profanities, be pornographic in nature or contain references to nudity; or (iv) make reference to or encourage any dangerous or illegal activity; or (v) contain any inappropriate content;
• Videos cannot promote alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), or promote any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or discuss any particular religious or political agenda or message;
• Videos cannot contain disparaging remarks, defame, misrepresent, invade the publicity, third party rights and/or the privacy rights of Sponsor, Released Parties, their products or any trademarks or other intellectual property they own, other products or companies, or any person, living or deceased. Sponsor does not permit the infringement of others' rights and any use of materials not original to the Eligible Entrant (except copyrighted materials owned by Sponsor and/or McLaren Racing and its drivers) is grounds for disqualification from the Contest. Do not copy words or lines of copy from your favorite movie, television program, song or book or include materials or trademarks belonging to any third parties or incorporate the names of any party other than yourself unless you have obtained all rights necessary to permit you to use same in connection with your Entry and grant the rights herein granted to Sponsor; the Entry cannot (in the sole discretion of Sponsor) advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind other than the Sponsor's and/or McLaren Racing and its drivers including, but not limited to, any of Sponsor's competitors, any of Released Parties competitors, or contain any forms of personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, email addresses or street addresses. The Video cannot (in the sole discretion of Sponsor) include claims which infer superiority or other comparison to a product of a competitor;
• Entries cannot be obscene or offensive, defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, or endorse any form of hate or hate group;

• Videos cannot contain materials embodying the name or other indicia identifying any other person, living or dead, unless you have express permission from that person to use their name or other indicia in connection with the Contest;
• No artwork should appear in the Video unless it is an original work of the Eligible Entrant. Any artwork, murals, etc. that can be seen in Entries must be created solely by the Eligible Entrant or Eligible Entrant must be the sole owner of all copyright interests therein;

• Videos cannot contain trademarks owned by any others outside of Sponsor and/or McLaren Racing, or advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind, or contain any personal identifiable information, such as personal names, email addresses, etc.;
• Videos cannot communicate messages inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Released Parties associate; and Videos (including the development thereof) cannot violate any law, rule, statute, regulation, or ordinance; and
• Videos cannot be in violation of any law, rule, statute, regulation, or ordinance or otherwise be inappropriate; all as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to void and disqualify any Entry not satisfying these requirements, as determined within Sponsor's final sole discretion.

By submitting an Entry, you agree that: (i) the Entry does not violate any law or regulation or any right of any third party, including those laws, regulations, and rights related to copyrights, trademarks, publicity, or privacy, (ii) you have the right to grant the rights to the Entry as provided in these Official Rules, (iii) the Entry has not been published or submitted in any other competition; (iv) the Entry is your original work; (v) the Entry has not won previous awards; (vi) you have obtained permission from any person whose name or likeness is used in the Entry; and (vii) that publication of the Entry via various media, including, without limitation, social posting, will not infringe on the rights of any third party. You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Released Parties from any claims to the contrary. Further, by submitting an Entry, you grant permission and a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, no-cost, worldwide, irrevocable right and license for the Released Parties to publish, post, adapt, edit, display, exploit and/or modify or otherwise use the Entry and all names, images, text, and materials included or depicted therein, in whole or in part, in any media, manner or medium now or hereafter known or devised (including, without limitation, CDs, streaming media, film, television, videocassettes, print, interactive devices, mobile media, Internet and on-line systems), throughout the universe and in any and all languages, including, without limitation, the right to display, reproduce, recreate, record, perform, exhibit, distribute, copy, edit, change, modify, add to, subtract from, re-title and adapt the same, to combine it with other material and otherwise use and exploit it without having to give any compensation or attribution to Eligible Entrants or any third party, except for the awarding of the prizes to the Grand Prize winners in this Contest. Entrants agree that during the Promotion Period, they shall not make, and shall not permit, any other public use, display or distribution of their Entry, and they shall maintain all rights without encumbrances so that, if Sponsor desires, Entrants can assign all rights in and to their Entry if selected as a winner. Sponsor, and each of its successors, assigns and licensees, will have the right to make unlimited derivative works of Entries, to assign or transfer any or all of Sponsor's granted rights and to grant unlimited, multiple-level sublicenses. Without limiting the foregoing, Sponsor will have the right to use the Entries submitted as part of the Contest, and all names, images, text and materials included or depicted therein (if any), in any merchandising, advertising, marketing, promotion or for any other commercial or non-commercial purpose. Entrants hereby forever waive and relinquish all "moral rights (droit moral)" now or hereafter recognized in connection with Entries submitted as part of the Contest. Entrants acknowledge that as a condition of participating in the Contest and/or being selected as a winner, Sponsor may request that the Entrant's Entry, and any rights therein, be assigned to Sponsor and Entrants may be required to confirm such assignment by completing and submitting the Prize Acceptance Documents (defined below) (and any other documents reasonably required by Sponsor) or such Entrant will otherwise be disqualified from receiving their prize. Entrants must maintain the ability to assign all such rights to Sponsor free of any limitations, restrictions or third-party obligations. Entrants agree that Sponsor shall have the sole discretion in determining the extent and manner of use of Entries and are not obligated to use any Entry. Entrants agree that Sponsor, nor its agents, shall be responsible for return or preservation of the Entries submitted.

Entrant further agrees that submission of an Entry is gratuitous and made without restriction and will not place Sponsor and/or Released Parties under any obligation and that Sponsor and Released Parties are free to discuss or otherwise disclose the ideas contained in the Entry on a non-confidential basis to anyone or otherwise use the ideas without any additional compensation to Entrant. Each Entrant acknowledges that Entries are not being submitted in confidence or in trust to Sponsor and that no confidential or fiduciary relationship is intended or created. Each Entrant acknowledges that Sponsor and other Entrants may have created ideas and concepts contained in their Entries that may have familiarities or similarities to their own Entry, and that they will not be entitled to any compensation or right to negotiate with the Released Parties because of these familiarities or similarities. Notwithstanding any custom and practice in the industry to pay an individual for an idea (if any), nothing herein shall create an implied or express contract to compensate Entrants for their Entry and there is no obligation for any Released Party to pay or otherwise compensate Entrants for any of their ideas or materials in any communications with Sponsor, whatsoever. Entrant acknowledges that, by acceptance of their Entry, Released Parties do not waive any rights to use similar or related ideas previously known to Released Parties, or developed by its employees, or obtained from sources other than Entrant. Sponsor and/or Released Parties reserve the right to screen Entries, but may post Entries without editing or other prior review. Entrant acknowledges that Sponsor and/or Released Parties have no obligation to use or post any Entry that they submit. For all social media postings of Entries made by Sponsor and/or Released Parties, posting of such content is for entertainment purposes only and does not relate to winner selection. Winners, by excepting a prize in the Contest, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use their name, address (city and state/province), photograph, voice, and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. Sponsor reserves the right to request from Entrant at any time proof that Entrant maintains all necessary rights in their Entry in order to grant Sponsor the rights required herein in a form acceptable to Sponsor. Failure to provide such proof may lead to, among other things, the Entrant being disqualified from the Contest.

Except for the notification of winner(s), no correspondence about Entries will be entered into, nor will Entries be acknowledged or returned. Incomplete Entries, Entries not responding to the theme, and Entries that do not comply with the Entry Requirements, including Entries which may contain obscene, offensive, or any images or language communicating messages inconsistent with the positive images to which Sponsor and/or Released Parties wishes to associate, will be void. Entries whose work includes the names, images, or likenesses of third parties or contains elements not owned by the Eligible Entrant (such as, but not limited to, depictions of persons, landmarks, trademarks, or logos) must be able to provide legal releases for such use including Released Parties' use of such Entry, in a form satisfactory to Sponsor, upon request. Proof of Entry does not constitute Sponsor's proof of receipt. Entries that contain or otherwise infringe on any third-party names, trademarks, identities, copyrighted material, and/or other material subject to third party rights are prohibited. Subject to these Official Rules and except where otherwise prohibited by law, all winning Entries are deemed to be assigned to Sponsor and will not be returned. If required information is not included, Entry will be disqualified.

If the Entry contains any material or elements that are not owned by the Eligible Entrant, and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, the Eligible Entrant is responsible for obtaining, prior to submission of the Entry, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the Entry by Sponsor in the manner set forth in these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of these permissions in a form acceptable to Sponsor from any Eligible Entrant at any time. Failure to provide such proof may, if requested, render Entry null and void. By submitting an Entry, Eligible Entrant hereby grants the Released Parties, without any limitation of any other rights granted herein, permission for the Entry to be posted online and/or in social media as determined by Sponsor. Eligible Entrant agrees that Released Parties are not responsible for any unauthorized use of Entries by third parties. Released Parties do not guarantee the posting of any Entry and may remove a posted Entry at any time. Eligible Entrants agree that they will not use the Entry for any other purpose, including, without limitation, posting the Entry to any online social networks except as set forth in the "How to Submit Entry" section below, without the express consent of Sponsor in each instance.

By submitting an Entry, Eligible Entrant acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor may obtain many Entries under this Contest and that such Entries may be similar or identical in theme, idea, format or other respects to others submitted under this Contest and/or other Promotions staged and/or sponsored by the Sponsor, or to other ideas conceived by or provided to Sponsor and Eligible Entrant waives any and all claims Eligible Entrant may have had, may have, and/or may have in the future, that any Entry and/or other works accepted, reviewed and/or used by the Sponsor (or its designees) may be similar to their Entry. Except where prohibited by law, each Eligible Entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Sponsor does not have now, nor shall it have in the future, any duty or liability, direct or indirect, vicarious, contributory, or otherwise, with respect to the infringement or protection of any copyright in and to Eligible Entrant's Entry.

HOW TO SUBMIT AN ENTRY: To submit your Entry, during the Promotion Period, visit Priceless.com/teammiami, follow the instructions to complete the entry form (including your name, email address, phone number, and a direct link to your Video, and agree to the agreements presented) and click submit.

Incomplete Entries and/or Entries containing inaccurate information will be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion. Complete Entry must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 12/23/25 to be eligible. The use of script, macro or any other device to automate or subvert the entry process is prohibited and all such Entries and Entries made by any other means which subvert the entry process will be void. In the case of a dispute as to the Eligible Entrant who submitted an Entry, Entry will be deemed made by the person named on the entry form (regardless of whether that is the name of the authorized account holder of the email address from which said Entry was submitted) and they must comply with these Official Rules. Other than as otherwise specified herein, neither Sponsor, nor anyone acting on its behalf, will enter into any communications with any Eligible Entrant regarding this Contest (except for the purposes of notifying the potential winners) or acknowledge any Entry (or portion thereof) received. Any Entry not meeting all Entry requirements stated herein will be void.

CONTEST TERMS: Your participation by your Entry constitutes your consent to participate in this Contest and consent for Released Parties to obtain, use, and share your Entry, name, username, address, email and other details (collectively, "Contest Data") for Contest administration purposes. For information regarding Sponsor's privacy practices, please visit https://www.mastercard.us/en-us/about-mastercard/what-we-do/privacy.html. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, garbled, damaged, inaccurate or undelivered emails or Entries, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of Contest Data, defect/delay in transmission or communication, including, but not limited to, recording failures, or for telephonic, human or computer failures, problems or errors, interruptions in service leveraged to create an Entry, whether due to system upgrades, repairs, modifications or other causes, defect or delay in transmission, connections, satellite, network, cable, Internet Service Provider (ISP), phones, phone lines or telephone systems, recording/filming systems, electronic equipment, computer hardware or software failures, inaccurate Entry information, traffic congestion on the internet, technical or mechanical malfunctions, or other malfunctions, errors or delays, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error, acts of God or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of Entries, Contest Data processing, the tabulation of judging points, the announcement of the prize and winners, the cancellation or postponement of the Contest, for any injury or damage to Eligible Entrant's or any other person's computer or other device relating to or resulting from participation in this Contest, or for printing, typographical, human or other errors appearing in these Official Rules, in any Contest advertisements or other materials. Use of any device to automate or subvert entry is prohibited and any Entries received by such means will be void. Sponsor may void Entries of any entrant who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair Contest administration, security, fairness, or proper play. Use of any device to automate or subvert retweet is prohibited and any retweets received by such means will be void. No software-generated, robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated Entries are permitted, and any Entries received by such means will be void. The Released Parties are not responsible for any changes or unavailability of the social media platform used for purposes of administering this Contest that may interfere with the Contest (including any limitations, any restrictions, or any conditions on Sponsor's ability to use the social media platform for the Contest as set forth herein that are not acceptable to Sponsor) or ability of Eligible Entrant to timely enter, receive notices or communicate with Sponsor, in which case Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may terminate or modify the Contest.

DETERMINATION OF GRAND PRIZE WINNERS: There will be a total of four (4) Grand Prizes awarded (one (1) prize from amongst all eligible Canada Entries and three (3) prizes from amongst all eligible 50 U.S. & DC Entries). All eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period will be judged by a team of Sponsor-selected judges based on the following judging criteria:

1. Creativity & Originality: (Originality of concept and creative flair of execution) 0-25 points;
2. Overall Quality & Execution of Video:0-25 points; and
3. Enthusiasm & Passion for the McLaren F1 Team: (Demonstrating a genuine and authentic connection) 0-50 points.

The one (1) Eligible Entry from Canada with the highest overall score and the three (3) Eligible Entries from the 50 U.S. & DC with the higest overall scores, as determined by the judges in their sole discretion, will be deemed potential Grand Prize winners (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules (see "Grand Prize Winner Notification" section below)).

In the event of a tie, the tied Entry with the highest score for Creativity & Originality only will be deemed a potential Grand Prize winner. In the event a tie still remains after their Creativity & Originality scores have been reviewed, the Entry with the highest score for Overall Quality & execution of Video only will be deemed the potential Grand Prize winner. In the event a tie still remains after their Overall quality & execution of Video scores have been reviewed, the Entry with the highest scores for Enthusiasm & Passion for the McLaren F1 Team only will be deemed the potential Grand Prize winner. In the event a tie still remains after their Enthusiasm & Passion for the McLaren F1 Team scores have been reviewed, the tied Entry will be re-judged by an additional judge to break the tie. By participating, Eligible Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. The odds of winning depend on how your Entry is judged as compared to the Entries of other Eligible Entrants.

GRAND PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION: The Eligible Entrants associated with the top four (4) scoring Entries, as described above and as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be deemed the potential Grand Prize winners (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules) and will be contacted by email and/or telephone approximately fifteen (15) business days following the completion of the Promotion Period.

The potential Grand Prize winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility and a Release of Liability and (where legal) a Publicity Release collectively, "Prize Acceptance Documents") within two (2) days of date of issuance of notification. In the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, the determination that any potential Grand Prize winner cannot accept the prize, or if any potential Grand Prize winner fails to properly complete and submit the above-described Prize Acceptance Documents, Sponsor may disqualify such potential Grand Prize winner and the next-highest scoring Entry (among 50 U.S. & DC Entries or Canada Entries, as applicable) may be deemed a potential Grand Prize winner and will be subject to the above-described eligibility procedures. If a direct message, any prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, winner will be disqualified and the next-highest scoring Entry (among 50 U.S. & DC Entries or Canada Entries, as applicable) may be selected. Should a potential winner decide to decline their prize for any reason whatsoever or not respond to the prize notification by the applicable response deadline, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to that potential winner and the next-highest scoring Entry (among 50 U.S. & DC Entries or Canada Entries, as applicable) may be selected. Grand Prize winners may also be required to submit to a confidential criminal check, as well as a social media review, to confirm eligibility & ensure that participation in the Contest and use of themselves in advertising, promotion or publicity, will not pose a security threat or bring the Released Parties into public disrepute, contempt, scandal, or ridicule, or reflect unfavorably on the Released Parties as determined by Sponsor or the other Released Parties in their sole discretion, and in such event, may result in disqualification. Noncompliance with any of the foregoing, failure to respond within the designated timeframe, the inability to contact a potential Grand Prize winner within a reasonable time period, or any notification being returned as undeliverable may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's discretion and time permitting, a runner-up being chosen. Grand Prize winner status is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. The Released Parties are not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in any potential Grand Prize winner's email account to receive email messages. Should a potential Grand Prize winner decide to decline their prize for any reason whatsoever or not respond to the prize notification by the applicable response deadline, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to that potential Grand Prize winner and an alternate Grand Prize winner may be selected based on the selection process above, if time permits.

FOUR (4) GRAND PRIZES: Each Grand Prize winner will become a member of Team Priceless Miami and receive a Priceless® McLaren F1 Team Experience Package to Miami, Florida from 4/29/26 to 5/4/26 (hereafter, "Trip"). As part of Team Priceless Miami, each winner will receive a five (5)-night Trip which includes round-trip air transportation from the major commercial airport serviced by regularly scheduled commercial carriers nearest winner's primary residence to Miami, one (1) standard hotel accommodation (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) for five (5)-nights, ground transportation to/from the airport/hotel in Miami, insider access to exclusive events in Miami, limited edition Team Priceless gear, a meet-and-greet with select members of McLaren F1 Team and one (1) $250 USD Mastercard Prepaid® card. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Trip: $5,000 USD. Mastercard Prepaid® card restrictions apply: https://prepaidcarddisclosure.com/US. With respect to the Canadian Grand Prize winner, Mastercard Prepaid® card will be issued in CAD. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Contest: $20,000 USD.

All Trip details and prize details not specifically set forth herein will be determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Winners must travel between 4/29/26 and 5/4/26 or prize will be forfeited and the next runner-up will be notified, if time permits. Trip must be booked through Sponsor's designated promotional agency. Blackout dates and other travel/accommodations/activity restrictions may apply. Federal, state, local and provincial taxes and all other expenses not specified herein are winner's sole responsibility. The ARV of prize is based on available information provided to Sponsor and the value of the prize awarded to each winner will be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Grand Prize winners (other than the Canadian Grand Prize winner) will be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number before the prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of each winner (other than the Canadian Grand Prize winner) for the ARV of the prize as awarded. The Released Parties are not responsible for and will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen prize(s) or any prize that is undeliverable or does not reach a winner because of an incorrect or changed address. All details of Meet-and-Greet, including but not limited to exact team members and duration, are at the sole discretion of Sponor. If any winner does not accept or use the entire prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the prize will be forfeited, and the Released Parties will have no further obligation with respect to that prize or portion of the prize. Actual value of prize will vary depending on winner's city of departure and final travel requirements and events; any difference in value will not be awarded. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation. Released Parties are not responsible for travel delays or cancellations. If any prize-related activity(s) is canceled or postponed for any reason, before or after Trip arrangements are made, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award the balance of the Trip or to award an alternate prize of equal or greater value in full satisfaction of prize award. If, for any reason whatsoever, a winner is unable to travel or participate in the Trip after all Trip-related travel arrangements have been made, Sponsor (and, for the avoidance of doubt, the other Released Parties) shall have no further obligation to the winner and no alternate winner will be selected. Prize or any elements thereof may not be separated or redeemed for cash. Travel and hotel restrictions apply. Winners are responsible for obtaining and possessing all required valid photo ID, Real ID and travel documents prior to travel. Trip is subject to supervision and security and other policies designated by Sponsor. Exact details of any event, including, but not limited to, date, time, location and duration are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Exact gear to be awarded is at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Itinerary and program elements are at the discretion of Sponsor and are subject to change. Winners agree to comply with all applicable venue and/or hotel rules and regulations in connection with the prize. Sponsor and the applicable onsite representatives reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to remove or to deny entry to any winner who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person during Trip/at any event associated with the prize. Winner will be escorted out of the hotel, venue, and/or any other Trip aspect by Sponsor, the applicable onsite representatives, or their designated agent(s) for improper conduct and/or violation of federal, state or local laws (including, but not limited to, the unlawful possession, use, or distribution of illicit drugs, unlawful drug paraphernalia, and alcohol) and, in the case of any such infraction, Sponsor (and, for the avoidance of doubt, the other Released Parties) will have no further obligation to winner and winner will forfeit the balance of the Trip. Released Parties will not be responsible for weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, large-scale illness, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any elements of Trip. All costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use or misuse of the prize not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes, additional air and ground transportation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, airline luggage charges, incidentals, upgrades, insurance, service charges and other misc. travel expenses are winner's sole responsibility. Winners are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor and the other Released Parties have not and will not obtain or provide travel or other form of insurance. Winners acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to communicable diseases/illness exists in any place where people gather. Winners assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting any communicable disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after attending the Trip however caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against the Released Parties relating to such risks.

ADDITIONAL TERMS: Except as provided herein, no transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prize(s) will be permitted, except by Sponsor, at their sole discretion, due to prize unavailability or causes otherwise determined solely by Sponsor, and then for a prize of equal or greater value. By participating, Eligible Entrants agree: (1) to be bound by these Official Rules; (2) agree that Released Parties, and each of their respective agents, successors, assigns and other designees, shall have the irrevocable right and permission (unless prohibited by law) to use Eligible Entrant's name, social media user name, Social Media Platform handle, voice, city/state/province of residence, photograph, and/or other likeness for advertising, promotional and/or trade and/or for any other purpose in any and all media, manners and format now known or hereafter devised throughout the world, in perpetuity, without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification to Eligible Entrant or any third parties and that such use shall not violate the rights of any third parties and shall not violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws or ordinances; and (3) Released Parties, Social Media Platforms and their designees and assigns and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, agents, and the franchisees of any of them, shall have no liability and entrant will defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless Sponsor, Social Media Platforms and the other Released Parties from and against any liability, loss, injury or damage of any kind (including attorneys' fees) to any person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of: (i) Eligible Entrant's entry/participation in the Contest; (ii) any materials he or she may submit in connection herewith; (iii) the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in any activities associated with the Contest or any prize awarded in connection herewith; (iv) the Released Parties' violation of rights of publicity or privacy, claims of defamation or portrayal in a false light or based on any claim of infringement of intellectual property; and (v) any typographical, human or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation or announcement of any Contest activity and/or prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for the actions of Eligible Entrant in connection with the Contest, including Eligible Entrants' attempts to circumvent the Official Rules or otherwise interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all Entries of an Eligible Entrant who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Contest and to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Contest (or portion thereof) should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Contest and, in the case of termination, at its discretion award prizes in accordance with same judging criteria set forth above (with or without the Panel scores, as determined by Released Parties in its sole discretion) from among all non-suspect Entries received prior to suspect event requiring such modification, termination, or suspension. In the event Sponsor or Administrator is prevented from continuing with the Contest by any event beyond its control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications or equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Contest by any party, or any federal, state, local or government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor's or Administrator's control (each, a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), Sponsor and Administrator shall have the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Contest or prize. Sponsor and Administrator additionally reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion: (a) to modify, suspend or terminate the Contest should a Force Majeure event corrupt or interfere with the administration, integrity, operation, security or proper play of the Contest; or (b) to disqualify any Eligible Entrant found to be, or suspected of: (i) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; (ii) acting in violation of these Official Rules; or (iii) acting in an un-sportsmanlike manner. CAUTION: Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made; the Released Parties reserve the right to seek damages (including attorneys' fees) and/or other remedies from any such person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law. Released Parties make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize (or any portion thereof), and disclaim any implied warranty. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Eligible Entrants agree that the Released Parties: (a) maintain no control over the personnel, equipment or operation of any air, water or surface carrier, ship line, bus or limousine company, transportation company, hotel, manufacturer or other person or entity furnishing services, products or accommodations (collectively, "Suppliers") as a part of the prizes provided in connection with the Contest; and (b) will not be responsible or liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or other irregularity that may be caused or contributed to: (i) by the wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of the Suppliers or any of their agents, servants, employees or independent contractors, (ii) by any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, instrumentality, service or product that is owned, operated, furnished or otherwise used by any of those Suppliers, (iii) by the wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not an employee of the Released Parties, and (iv) by any cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of the Released Parties. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Eligible Entrants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, and/or the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, EACH ELIGIBLE ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (B) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS' FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ELIGIBLE ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ELIGIBLE ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (D) ELIGIBLE ENTRANT'S REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ELIGIBLE ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of an Eligible Entrant and the Released Parties in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of New York, USA, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state's law.

ARBITRATION: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Contest, Eligible Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held in New York County, New York; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. In arbitration, there is no judge or jury and review is limited. The arbitrator's decision and award is final and binding, with limited exceptions, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. The federal or state law that applies to these Official Rules will also apply during the arbitration. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis and will not be consolidated with any other proceedings that involve any claims or controversy of another party, including any class actions; provided, however, if for any reason any court or arbitrator holds that this restriction is unconscionable or unenforceable, then the agreement to arbitrate doesn't apply and the dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in New York, New York. The Sponsor agrees to pay the administrative and arbitrator's fees in order to conduct the arbitration (but specifically excluding any travel or other costs of Eligible Entrant to attend the arbitration hearing). Either party may, notwithstanding this provision, bring qualifying claims in small claims court. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between an arbitration provision contained in any Card terms and conditions, and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion.
