Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
- The campaign is open to all Mastercard cardholders aged 18 years and above.
- Only transactions made at participating restaurants during the campaign period will qualify for the offers and experiences.
2. Campaign Period
- The campaign will run for 6 weeks, every Thursday starting from December 1st, 2024, to January 9th, 2025.
- Participating restaurants will offer the campaign benefits once a week on Thursday which will be communicated.
3. Offer Details
- Cardholders will receive 10% off their meals at participating restaurants when they pay with a Mastercard.
- The 10% discount is applicable to meals, soft drinks, and Mocktails ordered on Thursdays. This discount does not apply to alcoholic beverages.
- Experiences such as Sip & Paint, a Guest Chef, and live Music will be available at select locations.- Reservations are required to attend the Guest Chef experience. To make a booking, please email the participating restaurant directly. Reservation availability is subject to restaurant capacity.
-Offers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
4. Restaurant Branding
- Mastercard will have branded areas at some select restaurants, such as wall graffiti, outdoor branding or tent cards to enhance the dining experience and drive engagement.
-Diners are encouraged to take pictures and share their experience on social media using the campaign hashtags: #MastercardDecember
5. Participating Restaurants
- A list of participating restaurants will be provided and updated throughout the campaign.
- Mastercard and the participating restaurants reserve the right to modify or update the participating locations with prior notice.
- Once a predetermined threshold is reached, as agreed upon by Mastercard and the restaurant, the campaign will be discontinued at the participating locations.
6. Liability
- Mastercard will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the campaign.
7. General Conditions
- By participating in this campaign, cardholders agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- Mastercard reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
- Decisions by Mastercard regarding all aspects of this campaign will be final.
8. Data Privacy
- Personal data collected during the campaign will be used solely for the purposes of administering this campaign and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
